Waitlist and Marketing Data: We will retain your contact details (such as your name and email address) until you unsubscribe, opt-out, or ask us to delete your information. You can do this at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us directly.
Concierge and Booking Data: Information collected to facilitate a booking or introduction to a clinic (including health goals) will be retained for as long as you remain an active client of our concierge service, plus a reasonable period thereafter to address any follow-up queries, complaints, or legal obligations. When we no longer have a legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will securely delete or anonymise it.

Where you ask us to introduce you to or arrange a booking with an overseas clinic, we may transfer the minimum necessary personal information, including relevant health information you have chosen to provide, to that clinic for that purpose.

We rely on the exceptions under UK GDPR Article 49(1)(a) [Explicit Consent] and Article 49(1)(b) [Performance of a Contract] to transfer your data to these overseas medical facilities. These transfers only occur when you explicitly request a booking or introduction, and the transfer is strictly necessary for us to fulfill our concierge contract with you.
